    A method was developed to simulate the rotary draw bending and subsequent hydroforming of seamless circular tubes. Preliminary results obtained indicate that the modeling approach adopted for rotary draw bending is adequate, in that simulation results obtained using this approach can be adequately explained in terms of the physics of the process. The modeling approach adopted for hydroforming also appears to be adequate, in that the essential features of the process are captured by the simulation.
