As a Product Manager at Learnship, I lead the development and launch of innovative e-commerce features that reduce operational costs and improve client experience. I collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to identify needs, define requirements, and prioritize solutions. I also leverage my strong communication skills and understanding of human behaviour to deliver engaging and user-friendly products. Before joining Learnship, I was a Technical Product Manager at FlexiSAF Edusoft Limited, where I successfully rebuilt and launched the MVP of a new B2B school management software for managing students' fees and academics. This software was driven by customer feedback and market research and resulted in increased user retention and satisfaction. I am a hardworking, self-motivated, and dedicated learner, who values quality, innovation, and collaboration. My goal is to create impactful and meaningful products that solve real-world problems and enhance lives.
