I am an experienced executive with a proven track record in effectively managing international operations and revitalizing accounts/projects. With over 13 years of experience in the IT industry, I have a strong background in project management, agile methodologies, coaching, and mentoring. I oversee the delivery of large accounts in Latin America, directing sales initiatives and ensuring operational excellence. In addition to my professional role, I am an Innovation Researcher at the Innovation Management Lab of the Polytechnic School of USP, where I explore new paradigms and practices for radical innovation in large corporations. I also actively contribute to the Project Management Institute (PMI), reviewing standards and publications as a subject matter expert. Furthermore, as a neurodiverse person, I champion neurodiversity in various support groups and advocate for inclusion and diversity in the workplace.
