Reporting directly to the Production Manager of Data Integrity & Oncology responsible for leading and implementing a large-scale data quality checks migration strategy and governance projects, delivering specialist programmes within Italy data processes. Leading a National team of 5 (Biostatistician, Statistician, Data Analyst) responsible for Italy data quality checks and process improvement.

Reporting into the Madrid Projects Office team, responsible for assisting more than 40 international projects consisting project management, automatisation, implementation and process improvement and lifecycle delivery for internal clients including business units from Spain, Italy, Middle East, FWA, Hungary, Romania, Germany, France, South Africa, UK and Finland. Liaise with Statistical Office to correct the projection factors for individual countries.

• Leading process improvement projects and teams for UK Hospital Data Processes and UK & IE Medical Data Processes. • Coaching and mentoring outsource and internal teams on IQVIA’s operational best practices, transferring the knowledge to an offshore outsource team.
