- Define the vision and strategy for the eLearning team that allowed to streamline the eLearning offer and create alignment within the team. - Deliver relevant learning experiences for several customers in an Agile environment.

- Manage stakeholders in both traditional and dynamic environments to define and deliver solutions tailored to their needs. - Formulate and enhance the analysis workflow for the business analyst team by combining project management and business analysis best practices to create alignment with the external stakeholders. - Digitalize the operational process by introducing a personalised IT solution to help the founders manage the growing volume of data.

- Lead and complete several projects for the learning department to improve team’s effectiveness and increase the usage of the learning platforms by 25%. - Build a deep understanding of the learning processes to position the IT department as a trusted business partner and increase its visibility and credibility. - Develop a trust relationship between the IT and learning departments based on continuous exchanges and common goals to help management prioritise on added value projects.

- Deliver strategic data & analysis on sales performance, market trends and potential for new business models to help top management develop 3-years strategy plans for North America, Europe and Japan.

- Create alignment across company’s departments and operating subsidiaries on priorities and deadlines to assure a successful launch of the new digital products. - Create a clear vision on projects status for the top management (including C-level) through monthly reports and face-to-face presentations. - Coordinate and lead the international remote launch teams from requirement definition, development and official postal homologations for 9 successful commercial launches in Europe and Japan.

- Deploy an innovative digital application that improved customer experience with their franking machine and increase customer support reactivity in Europe and Canada. - Manage the change within the commercial subsidiaries through training of operation teams and redesign of the operational processes. - Lead training sessions for operational teams that facilitated application’s adoption
