Managed South Rajasthan Dealers and Sub-Dealers of Piaggio India Pvt. Ltd. 2-Wheelers. Managed and cooperated sales and marketing team to enhance sales and plan marketing campaigns. Part of team to implement vehicle emission regulation transformation i.e. BS3 (Euro Stage 3) to BS4 (Euro Stage 4). Analyzed complex scenarios and used analytical approach to turn challenges into profitable opportunities. Managed Dealer business plan and acted as counterpart between dealers in the area and Piaggio.

I worked closely with an international team performing in house global consulting on pricing strategies and strategic market positioning. A big part of my job was to assist project manager on business performance transformation project for implementing new prices. Other tasks included, benchmark pricing, collecting customer data and preparing ad hoc reports to assist upper management in decision-making, research on KPIs for pricing strategies.
