3D Modelling of high-performance plastic/polymer products, generation of 2D drawings (Solidworks) and other technical documentation enabling product manufacture. Perform kinematic, dynamic, and structural mechanics (FEA) validations on new parts and part orders (Solidworks simulations) prior to prototyping and production. Setting up of new manufacturing lines for Cast Nylon products including tooling design. Mechanical Engineering / High performance engineering polymer design and manufacturing.

Produce design concepts & working documentation such as standard operations, quality control instructions to enable manufacture of precision engineered torque wrenches. Responsible for improving existing manufacturing process steps (tube processing, laser welding/cutting and marking, assembly and calibration) of small and large torque wrenches. Creating documents such as sales literature, technical specifications and operating instructions for products in cooperation with engineering and marketing.
