Solid Line Manager leading the EMEA Finance ＆Corporate Functions support team in Nokia. The team consists of 10 people who provide support for a number of mission critical financial services & applications. The role also involves working with offshore support partners companies.

Responsible for the successful delivery of operations for SAP mission critical financial services. Successfully implemented new SOX compliant ITSM Change Management practices to the SAP FI area.

The role requires working across all IT related services in the Factory environment to ensure the highest possible availability of critical Manufacturing Execution System (MES) applications, in over ten global Factory sites throughout APAC, Americas and EMEA.

Facilitating & developing internal processes. IT Operations Analyst role reporting costs and SLA KPI for all Nokia’s critical IT Services.

Responsible for bringing technical projects from initiation through to implementation, including the phases such as planning, analysis, design.

Located in Belgium for over one year, solely responsible for providing maintenance and IT support for a 70 user site, and remote support for a 10 users in the Netherlands. Building on my experience in Belgium, part of a 4 person team supporting 3 Motorola sites in the Paris region.
