Having retired from Skytrails at the age of 65 I started my own small light aircraft maintenance & flying school company at Kijipwa Airfield, Vipingo. I have been instrumental in giving hands on training to many local apprentice aircraft engineers. Have put through the flying school over 140 Student Pilots up to attaining their Private Pilot Licenses. I have re-built four crashed Super Cubs. Have helped to build & test flew Kit aircraft such as RV3, Lancair 235, Kit Fox, Air Bike, Zenith 701 & 801, Fox Bat.
