- Responsable for the entire InHouse payroll cycle of Lucanet - Supporting the payroll preparation for multiple entities across EMEA and ASEAN - Proactively identify and resolve payroll discrepancies - Prepare and maintain payroll records and reports to ensure data integrity, accuracy and timeliness for various (intern and extern) Stakeholders according to legislation - Reconcile Payroll on monthly, quarterly and annual basis for accounting team - Supporting the migration and new set up of HR program

- Prepare, review and reconcile monthly payroll - Calculate playable hours, commissions, bonuses, expenses, etc - Process contract changes and terminations incl. severance packages - Respond to employees questions and inquiries regarding payroll - Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and legal issues - Advise the employees on health insurance and taxation - Issue paychecks to employees - Prepare reports and statistics to track absence, personnel costs, etc

- Process monthly payroll as well as contract terminations incl. severance packages. - Create, monitor and update digital personnel records using DATEV among other HR tools. - Process time sheets, vacations, leaves of absence etc. - Handle tax and contribution reporting, requests and notifications to/from authorities and social security - Prepare statistics on personnel costs; create and generate reports and dashboards

Moderation of profiles in a social network, data management & verification

- Processing of leaves due to work-related sickness, accidents, maternity etc. - Verification of social and professional contingencies and affiliation Authorization of benefit payments - Legal assistance and labour risk prevention

Phone assistance during the tax declaration period for individuals.

Administrative tasks, incident resolution and escalation

- Detailed knowledge about labour relations, social security (health insurance, contributions), taxation etc. as well as practical processing of monthly payroll, annual declaration, travel reimbursments and allowances, master data maintenance, filings with social security and tax authorities.

Legal aspects of the relations between employers and employees: Collective agreements, labour law & workers' statutes, social security, etc. HR management cycle from on-boarding until contract termination; incl. payroll, labour econocmis and work psychology etc.
