Prepared Information Security Policies and procedures, Business Continuity, Incident Recovery, Disaster Recovery and Business Impact Assessment. Risk assessment for IT network, Web Page risk assessment, security control risk assessment Impact assessment and remediation for vulnerabilities in network and internet based third party contracted companies.

Develop testing methods for equipment to meet OEM standards/design specs; Test/service Imaging equiment on component level. Correct parameters found not to meet SIEMENS, GMM, AGFA and Toshiba Manufacturer specs. Identify cause of failure for devices. Perform preventive maintenance, calibration of equipment. Offer technical support, troubleshoot, maintain new/refurbished medical equipment.

Produced brochures, magazines, books and forms using CorelVentura, WordPerfect 5.1, QuarkExpress, CorelDraw, PageMaker and Handled designing work for various client brochures. Co-ordinated with sales representatives and printers on specifications and deadlines for color brochures. Carried out designing and formatting using CorelVentura.
