As a PM in the payment systems department I was responsible for launching mainly merchant acquiring projects. There are a some of them: Aggregators / SME; SBP. Duties: - Short-term and long-term planning of the work of two teams (7-8 people in each ones) - Analysis of product tasks and hypotheses of the Product Owner. - Improving team processes as a Delivery Manager (implementing Agile practices). - Elaboration and analysis of the requirements of stakeholders and colleagues from other teams

Development of different solutions of DLP systems for business. • Working closely with high-profile customers to deliver right value of their needs. • Participation in negotiations with CEO and customers, gathering requirements. • Analysis of approaches to saving customer's data.

• Creating of a testing strategy for the company, setting up a test infrastructure. • Analyzing and planning of the QA engineer team's workflow. • Participation in interviews of candidates for a position of QA. • Mentoring and supervising junior QA engineers. • Constant interaction with a customer, arranging of beta testing.

• Creating of test plans and test cases. • Creating autotests (Python). • Implementing of CI to automation of projects. (TeamCity). • Experience in configuring applications with Docker.

• Configuring servers to debug various versions of Windows kernels. (WinDbg). • Test environment management. • Performing functional, regression and usability tests. • Performing a manual test of applications and drivers for various OS (Windows, Linux, MacOS).
