 Coordinate all aircraft services including cargo loading and unloading, passenger services, and fleet services as an Air Terminal Operations Center troop.  Organized and consolidated training procedures to allow Airmen in upgrade status to train much more efficiently and effectively. Received the Air Force Achievement Medal as a result of these and other efforts.  Hand selected as a leader of a newly designed centralized system to train Airmen new to the Air Transportation career field.

 Managed in-store hiring message project, including the development of a creative brief to present to Wendy’s HR and agency creative team.  Completed a comprehensive competitive assessment of ten competitors’ merchandising strategy and tactics, culminating with a conclusive presentation to merchandising managers.  Co-developed and presented assessments of Wendy’s Social Media usage and Wendy’s Marketing Internship program to top management, including SVP of Brand Marketing.

 Designed and produced marketing materials and client communication items such as customized quarterly newsletters and online video presentations distributed by Email Marketing tools.  Created and maintained a social media campaign utilizing Facebook and LinkedIn profiles and pages to interact with current clients and attract new leads.  Developed a web marketing campaign using Google Adwords, LinkedIn DirectAds, and LocalSearch websites.

• Produced marketing copy such as brochures, fliers, and print and web advertisements for several internet radio stations and their customers. • Developed and maintained social media marketing pages and successfully worked to grow the number of “fans” and connections. • Designed layout and performed initial setup of live broadcasting and production studios and remote broadcasting systems for three independent local start-up internet radio stations.
