Broad experience in corporate and specially IT recruitment over the years, developing hiring strategies and creating innovative ways to hunt, evaluate and connect the best talent with the best opportunities in Europe, and also creating and reporting KPI’s to support the businesses and the decision-making process with experience training and leading multifunctional recruitment teams.
