Über mich

I’ve been working in IT recruitment for 10+ years on various positions both as external and internal recruiter and recruitment manager. This broad experience helped me gain strong understanding of recruitment processes, metrics and sourcing strategies. I’m fond of new technologies and have strong awareness of processes and technologies in IT. As a recruiter I worked with different types/seniority of IT profiles including SW developers, analysts, QA, DevOps, engineers, product and project managers. I actively participate in creating learning programs for IT recruiters within my company. I consider myself to be efficient and engaged people manager. I love working in a team, trying to do my best in mentoring, training and helping my team to reach business and personal goals. Now I’m interested in leading & managerial positions in IT recruitment. I’d be glad also to gain more experience in HR tech and Project management.
