Design, realization and characterization of a H-bridge test circuit for high power IGBTs. Steps of the project: - analysis and simulation of the test circuit: H bridge vs half bridge. Choice of the active and passive components, of the drivers and the switching times. - design and realization of a low stray inductance busbar, while respecting the electrical and mechanical constraints. - characterization and evaluation of the setup, especially of the current distribution among parallel switches.
