At K-E, SAP CRM had a lot of room for improvements. Just for example, SAP CRM is utilized for customer complaints. However our software allowed complaints to be registered without customer’s name. Thus, 20-30% of complaint data was garbage. Since SAP CRM resources in Pakistan are scarce, I decided to take matter in my own hand and rather effectively programmed in a way that won’t allow complaints to be registered if such fields are blank. This was my first task, which was followed by many later.

Initially joined K-Electric as SAP CRM support consultant, used to resolve end user issues related to SAP CRM. After 1 year, I was able to develop sound understanding of both technical and functional areas, and was then asked to train two resources to continue SAP CRM related activities, whereas i was promoted to Techno-Functional ABAP/CRM Consultant.
