Management of Enterperise Critical Programs and Projects Portfolio Managment Practice Development

I managed the portfolio of enterprise IT Planning, Projects, Information Security and Process, IT Resourcing and Governance. My contributions are enterprise critical complex project delivery within triple constraints of cost, time lines and quality working with multiple partners for solution, product and infrastructure. I have been instrumental in ISO process journey and information security initiatives. I also managed planning, budgeting, sourcing and IT governance folio.

Responsible for Asia Pacefic ( APAC ) Region from Professional Services perspective managing teams distributed across Bangalore, Singapore, Sydney and Beijing from overall customer delivery Managed Business Consulting, Project Management, Regional Support and integration of merged business.

Managed various customer accounts as leader covering offshore delivery center set-up, account transition and delivery model establishment, technology towers creation and management of performance, productivity and quality.

Worked on products related to BSS/OSS Domain and their global deployments and support.

Lead the Telkom SA Enterprize information Warehouse project.

Design and Development of applications for payroll and finance module.
