At EY-Parthenon Strategy & Transactions, our hands-on experts help organizations deliver their transaction business case from ideation to results. My personal focus lies on change management & communications, which is the key driver in translating the transaction ambition into concrete plans and their successful execution.

I worked for both, our Technology Transformation team and our Technology Risk team in the Netherlands. My main responsibilities in technology consulting included project management, agile product development consulting and change management in go-live projects. Besides consulting projects, I supported our Technology Risk team with Financial Audit IT (FAIT) engagements, Service Organization Controls Reporting (SOCR) audits, and technology adoption readiness assessments.

As a thesis intern at EY, I conducted research for my Master's thesis in Business Administration, while at the same time exploring a valuable business opportunity for EY. Specifically, I investigated how EY's methodology for evaluating clients' IT strategies could be further enhanced in terms of assessment content and through applying elements of standardization and formalization. Finally, I developed a theoretically supported and practice-oriented model for the optimization of IT strategy evaluations.

During my time at PromoVisionModels, I performed a high variety of different jobs. To list some examples, my main roles included an event hostess, a waitress and an event or product promoter. Confidence in communication and interpersonal skills were the most important characteristics to have. This job allowed me to further develop these skills and in addition, it helped me become confident in speaking the Dutch language.
