Project Name:Ford P703 (Second row automotive seat) Currently I am working as a Senior Design Engineer and having below responsibilities: • Design metal components in Catia V5 considering strength, safety, assembly and poke-yoke. • Interact with supplier, AME for feasibility, interact with costing team and provide engineering inputs. • Carrying out design signoff, safety signoff and manufacturing signoff as per Adient’s launch methodology. • Support all gate reviews for smooth launch of product.

Project Name: IBK2 (Daimler and BMW front seat cushion structure) • Discuss and understand inputs from AME, supplier, customer and co-ordinate with Pune team to execute tasks. • Estimation of tasks, checking and ensure quality of deliverables and delivery schedule. • Maintain change management for every release activity. • Prepare data for FEA at various kinematic positions and share it to FEA team. • Prepare Tactical Plan for release activities.

• Prepare and maintain SC-CC matrix, weld BOM, weld gun access study, torque gun access study. • Support various phases of design, development and product release for cushion structure. • Estimation of tasks, checking and ensure quality of deliverables and delivery schedule. • Maintain change management for every release activity. • Prepare data for FEA at various kinematic positions and share it to FEA team. • Prepare Tactical Plan for release activities.

• Prepare customer models for every release and share to customer. • Create and maintain Engineering BOM/part matrix for 32 cushion variants. • Maintain and release 32 cushion variants data in team center.

• Create and modify proposal in Catia V5 as per customer requirement. •Perform kinematic interference and clearance studies at all kinematic positions.
