- Resolved 160+ complex IM/IT problems, documented, tracked, prioritized tickets that supported end-user technical and network connectivity issues • Set up new desktop systems and configured laptops for employees, loaded required software and server permissions. • Maintained professional contact with customers via email, telephone, web conference about resolution processes, provided estimated times of resolution on an ongoing basis.

• Launched, coordinated and instructed a six-week intensive, online summer coding camp for 15 high school students to teach them programming fundamentals in Python such as linear data structures, searching and sorting algorithms, object-oriented programming and simulation • Enhanced student learning through hands-on, interactive projects that allowed students to decompose challenging problems, construct algorithmic solutions, develop computational thinking skills

- Successfully coordinated first year-long boarding school for seven grade 8 students that doubled student registration rates for next year - Prepared meeting agendas with students, staff and administration, reported meeting minutes to participants, followed up with assigned tasks to effectively implement goals - Planned and executed Canada-wide field trips and activities that complemented students’ learning experiences
