Responsible for administering the application systems and workstations of two Air Force squadrons. Perform administrative tasks on Windows 2012 R2 servers, Windows 10 workstations, and VTC equipment, including installing hardware and software, maintaining AD, managing accounts, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, monitoring network connectivity and performance using SolarWinds, and providing end user support. Perform cybersecurity duties of patch installations and vulnerability resolutions.

Applied architectural and technical expertise to enable the US Africa Command to meet its requirements. Led several projects to provide IT and operational solutions to align data science and advanced analytics efforts across the Theater using Jira, JEMA, R Studio and GitHub to enhance data sharing. Analyzed requirements, defined project scope and objectives, developed work plans and schedules, and oversaw work to ensure quality products and viable solutions.

Responsible for four mission-critical Cloud-based (DCGS) GEOINT systems. Performed administrative tasks on legacy and virtualized UNIX (Solaris) and Windows 2012 servers, installed and configured software and hardware, and troubleshot software, Oracle hardware, Sybase DB, RAID, and network connectivity and performance issues. Exercised cybersecurity including LDAP account management, patch installation, anti-virus updates, server PKI installation, STIG/SCAP scans, backup and recovery.
