In Carfax I´m managing the Spanish, Slovenian & EU markets. • Liaising with our product development team to continually improve our product offering based on customer feedback. • Reporting to senior management on product issues, process improvement opportunities and corrections to vehicle history. I am also supporting the IT department and am managing data and transactions in the database. Carfax uses Salesforce as a CRM tool and I have also taken it upon myself to learn the platform.

•Enforcement of adherence to quality and coverage guidelines using tools such as Sonar/JUnit/Meter.•Supporting the execution of all test phases (unit, integration, performance UAT).•Coordinate cross application dependencies regarding setup, test data reparation.•Setup all automated testing infrastructure and performance testing tools using tools such as Jenkins/Hudson.• Creation of testing documentation, reporting of status to senior management using tools such as Jira/Project/Remine.

• Test prep and execution of all predefined test scripts. • System testing of complex systems to deliver online multimedia applications. • Overall testing and deployment of the Government web portal. • Reporting to senior management on test execution and defect analysis

• Producing design specification based on business requirements • Developing back end logic based on specifications. • Responsible for all unit and integration testing of developed code. I was also played a key role in the development of the overall test strategy.

• Desktop support for all users, setting up and installing PCs. • Setup and maintenance of all court room audio and IT equipment. • Support and maintenance of all Oracle database platforms. I was subsequently promoted to 2nd level support eventually responsible for managing all the desktop and court room equipment for trials.

• Development of front end applications using Java/JavaScript. • Gathering of requirements from head office and creation of solution work packages to be developed. • Responsible for creation of test plan and strategy and coordination of test execution across development team.
