*Generated innovative sustainable products (with low CO2 release, low energy consumption and valorisation of industrial by-products and wastes). *Devised and introduced standard operating procedures to ensure uniform completion of all critical tasks, thus increasing efficiency by 5% and reducing costs. *Liaised with international business sites in Germany, Romania, Switzerland to align operations of the facilities (cement plants) with relevant protocols and mandates which boosted revenues

*Collaborated within international project teams between different sites in Europe. *Managed and conducted own project work within the following institutions: University of Bourgogne, France, Sika Technology AG,Switzerland and Slovenian National Building and Civil Engineering Institute, Slovenia. *Promoted an inter-sectorial exchange between academia and stakeholders in the cement industry through a global network of industry contacts, including in Lafarge-Holcim, Italcementi, Sika and Aalborg.

*Managed a small-sized enterprise *Acquired new suppliers, expanded and developed existing cooperations resulting in 20% increase of the financial turnover *Managed daily communication with key stakeholders, held international meetings and carried out monthly site visits within a international network of contacts ensuring constant product quality *Collaborated with sales representative to prepare presentations and articulated benefits for key clients; helped deliver €100’000 in additional revenue
