Full responsibility for STADA’s Global Project Management Team performing the following main duties: Management of STADA’s international development projects. Definition of the most appropriate project type/strategy. Tracking/reporting of the project status/key parameters. Providing scientific input to facilitate decision-making processes. Interface to operating departments. API sourcing in collaboration with STADA’s Purchasing Team. Establishment of strategic collaborations with external partners.

Management of STADA's global own development projects. Comprehensive evaluation of new projects. Planning and tracking of project timeline, scope, costs and resources. Risk management. Status reports to the management and the Chief Production & Development Officer. Interface to operating departments contributing to own development. Collaboration with external partners at an international level. Development and implementation of new strategic concepts. Scientific responsibility for API sourcing.

Head of laboratory (medicinal chemistry), proposal of new targets, regulatory strategy assessment, discussion with regulatory and clinical experts, project leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary activities, presentation to decision-making bodies, database searches, scientific author (publications, patents) and lecturer (in house, international conferences), design of organic syntheses, maintenance of safety standards, coordination of outsourcing activities, contract negotiations

Development and production of solid dosage forms: Granulation – from powder to tablet; Statistical design space development for pharma; Scale-up – transferring products to production; Coating of fine particles, granules, pellets and tablets

ICH-GCP, design, authorization, management, and quality assurance of clinical trials, biostatistics, marketing authorization, life cycle management, product classification, (e)CTD, labeling, drug safety, pharma marketing, drug legislation, health economics, reimbursement, scope: 18.5 ECTS
