I lead a team of FileNet P8 support engineers, which are responsible for supporting and maintaining the client’s FileNet IS and P8 systems. We support the installed applications (P8, IS) as well as the underlying infrastructure (Windows, AIX, DB2, WebSphere) I’m also a fully qualified IS/P8/UNIX/Windows/etc technician myself, so am very much an active part of the team My position is to ensure the maximum availability of the ECM systems regardless of which team is responsible for which component
