Human sample handling. RNA extraction using KingFisher Flex for high-throughput extraction and purification of DNA and RNA. Purification of DNA and RNA. Preparation of the buffer solution, washing and elution plates using epMotion 96 – automated liquid handling system. Preparation of master-mix using MANTIS – Microfluidic liquid handler. Use of Eppendorf epMotion 5075 for pooling the samples into 384 well plate. Performing qRT-PCR using qTOWER 3 Real-Time PCR Thermal Cycler followed by data analysis.

Work involved the supervision of the restaurant and the customer service and issues. Controlling the daily incoming cash flow and accounting. Conduction of the training of the new recruits. Ensuring the food quality being served and the the work flow in the kitchen and at the bar Checking the standing stock and placing the orders for the new food and drinks stocks for the kitchen and the bar. Worked in late shifts, on the weekends and on holidays.

Transformation, SDS-PAGE, western blot, DNA extraction and purification, RNA extraction, PCR, qRt-PCR, cell culture, transfection, imaging with confocal microscopy.
