Eighteen years of techno-managerial experience with domain expertise in multi sensor, multi target tracking, sensor fusion, system modelling, flight control law and navigation algorithm development for Aerospace and Automotive OEM and Tier-1 supplier industries. I’m currently working as Deputy General Manager in Flight Control System within Airborne platform and Systems Business at TATA Aerospace and Defense. In my current role, I’m responsible for Engineering team management, people mentoring, project Bid preparation and discussion with customer. I hold a Ph.D. degree in Multi-target tracking & Sensor fusion with granted patent and several journal papers in these areas.
