Outsourcing company in accounting, IT and HR field. Responsibilities: General accounting tasks: to create fixed assets, to capitalize them, to scrap assets. On the general ledger side my tasks were to post daily the bank, to post the netting monthly, the payment run weekly, etc.

Project based. Office duties include answering phones, helping sales representatives with back office support. Ordered more supplies and helped with general office tasks. I also edited the loan or leasing contract for the customers, to meet them in order for them to sign the contract, to call the customer in order to receive all the documents needed in order to analyze the financial situation of the customer in order to send the dossier to the risk department.

The Service Response Analyst is a key member of the Global Service Desk and is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Oracle’s employees globally via telephone, chat support and Oracle’s incident reporting application. I followed standard practices and procedures to identify potential system issues and escalate them to the Service Response Support Team.

My daily tasks were to verify and to update the accounts of my clients in SAP application with the payment details received from Daimler, Audi and BMW in order to prepare the work for the payments that are made usually on the end of the month.

My main tasks were to review the financial situation of the client - if they pay on time the installments in order to establish a resolution with an acceptable grade of risk.

In the past I also worked at Burda Romania, in the media field, in the customer service department as a sales agent in the German call center. My tasks were to persuade the clients to subscript to more magazines by offering them different benefits. I worked exclusively with German clients, using every day the German language. I presented to the possible customers the products of the company

“Business Administration” master program in German language at the Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest. I received study scholarship from the Romanian state for my excellent results. Also, I earned an Erasmus scholarship and studied for 6 months in Gelsenkirchen, Germany.

I finished the International Business and Economics Faculty, at the Academy of Economic Studies Bucharest (ASE) in 2007 and I am fluent in both German and English.
