Leading the Global FP&A and Controlling function.

Leading the Controlling / Decision Support team of the organisation, reporting to CFO.

Leading the Internal Audit function in the organisation, reporting to CFO and Audit Committee. Responsible for Finance process optimisation and overall Finance projects coordination in conjunction with business systems. In addition, responsible for specific areas within the Treasury and Investor Relations functions. Project management and production of the Annual Report.

Leading two teams of 16 Accountants (Group Accounting and Transaction processing EMEA) in a direct line responsibility, and three further teams of 12 Accountants in a functional matrix line. Responsilbe for global Audit relationship of the Group, and for rollout of the Finance Shared Service Centre strategy.

Responsible for Group Accounting and Global Tax teams, with preparation of Group Financial Statements, and implementation of a global Transfer Pricing study. Successful implementation of "Fast Close" project.

Different team and project management roles in the Financial Control department: smaller entities accounting team manager, IFRS transition project, management of Financial Control function in the Western and Central European offices. In this role, responsible for a team of up to 20 people.

Responsible for internal and external reporting, ledger control and invoice processing. Leading a team of 5 Financial Controllers in the CSFB Frankfurt office.

Training as a Chartered Accountant with ICAEW at Coopers & Lybrand (now part of PwC).
