• Development of physics based models and testing vehicle components/systems inside 1D-2D simulations. • Performed extensive bench and vehicle testing of parts in order to optimize designs. • Documented design development and progress in accordance with company procedures and ISO standards. • Co-Simulation of Electromechanical system with Virtual ECU Environment & FEM Models and Numerical data analysis for System Validation. • System Testing & Validation

• Matlab (m-scripts, Simulink) based tool development for Data Analysis and System Validation. • Controls System Tuning, Vehicle Testing and Calibration • HIL and SiL testing. • Led product testing, failure investigations and corrective action planning. • Worked with OEM to understand requirements and provide exceptional Technical service. • Developed team communications and information for OEM meetings.

• Main activities and responsibilities: Image Processing and Segmentation, Motor Position control algorithm development, Product Development.

• DC Motor Tuning and Testing (BLDC, BDC), RTOS based Algorithm Development, PID Tuning. • Researched and identified new technologies and approaches, helping to proactively solve unique issues. • Performed diagnostics and testing to check system operations.
