- Localised for the Italian market both of the b2b and b2c content of the platform focusing on long-form texts and microcopy - Referred to the German and English source text to find the optimal linguistic solutions in Italian and offered a double linguistical solution to do an A/B test - Reported to the COO on a regular basis to get insights on values, strategies, goals and target audience to find a coherent tone of voice Results: fully satisfied client who gave a very positive reference.

- Designed the architecture of the b2c and b2b websites and updated their texts - Defined the editorial plan of the blogs and their blog posts, with particular attention to the legislation that regulates franchising and the renovations sector - Carefully reviewed and edited the company texts (brochures, presentations, the franchisee handbook) adding new paragraphs where necessary. Always focused on end-customer and the needs of the franchisee. Results: 30% increase in the prospects' requests for quotation.
