Über mich
Hello, I am an aspiring Frontend Web Developer with strong background in life sciences and a solid knowladge of graphics and illustration. After earning my PhD in biology and practicing research I focused on scientific Illustration. I started freelancing about a year before I left academia for good. Why programming? Turns out it was trying to reak through for a while ;) My first experience was on Commodore 64, yes. At that time, it dissolved into just a childhood experience but seeing hiw by typing code you can make things appear appealed to my core - making things . When, in high school we learned informatics and Logo my family did not own a PC, so my coding stood no chance. At the university, I used bioinformatic tools for my Master project and still did not learn coding, except for some bits of HTML This time, to lern programming I graduated a Web and App Development program where I learned the MERN stack. I loved it! I found my passion I have been learning new tools ever since.

I was studying nitrogen fixing root nodule symbiosis, from a bacterial angle. I studied genes of Sinorhizobium fredii and their influence on symbiosis with soy bean and cowpea I was also interested EmrAB efflux system of Sinorhizobium meliloti and it's influence on the symbiotic interaction with lucerne (Medicago sativa).
