Business development of a retail business from zero. The company is rendering car maintenance services, and retails auto lubricants and complimentary products. Responsible for strategy planning and daily operations related to procurement, retail sales, internal controls, financial management. Administrate HR and accounting department. Currently supervise staff of 10 people.

In charge of wholesales reporting (incl. income tax, VAT); management analytics and reports (incl. performance, forecasting, cost analysis, logistics planning); supervision of accounting staff; administration of IT (web-site, CRM updates and integration, implementation of cost-saving technologies) and marketing projects (pricing, cost allocation, motivation schemes).

Involved in consulting on group structures, development of consolidation packages for holding companies. Top 20% performance rating, was in charge of large group consolidations, participated in a rotation program to PWC Russia.
