Responsible for timely and correct execution of monthly payroll payment for the UK, including expat employees. Deal with all queries coming from external parties such us: The Revenue, Child support or Garnishment agencies, pension providers, etc. Handle employee queries on UK taxes and national insurance. Lease with UK cluster on all inputs affecting payroll such as Pensions, maternity, paternity, sickness or compensation related inputs. Make monthly payments to third parties. Maintain Customer’s Master Data Establish & maintain strong relationships with Customer Service Representatives, Credit Representatives and DuPont Customers. Implement migration of Customer Master Data from local (legacy) systems into DSAP. Establish and implement correct procedures to permit successful migration making them compatible with DuPont internal procedures and SOX compliancy.

Run HR processes in areas of Employee Services such as benefits, terms and conditions, general HR administration and data management. Work closely and communicate with Site HR on internal or statutory processes and employee queries. Work with external providers on processes, maintaining data flow between Du Pont and providers on subscribers. Drafting and sending of letters towards the employees related to all Employee Services areas of benefits, terms & conditions, data management.

Organization of agendas and travel arrangements for HR Executives. Organization and coordination of global executive meetings on location. Raising purchase orders in liaison with the Sourcing department and external providers. Handling of Exception Notices in liaison with the Finance department. Manage employee’s Travel Expense Reports for supervisor’s approval. Manage records and handle all access to visitors and new employees.
