Created one-stop reporting web application for all End-to-End tests of TIA Portal functional tests within Hardware Configuration, which enables test cases and its results to be easily tracked. Enhanced test coverage from one to four TFS branches, scheduled simultaneously. Coordinated activities between German and Indian teams. Designed and maintained database with data accuracy of 100%. Increased reporting efficiency to 95%. Exceeded target users to 500+ across the globe within Siemens.

Implemented web-based workflow for “Hardware Module” delivery management, to provide comprehensive solution to manage workflow involved in development of hardware modules in Siemens devices during each product version planning. This replaced the Excel based system, resulting in achieving time reduction for management effort spent from 60+ days to 7 days. Designed and maintained database with data accuracy of 100%. Strengthened website with SSL certificates on hosted server.

Incorporated PI (Plant Information) Server setup, to transfer data to PI server from DCS with help of PI Client tools. Developed WinForms application to establish Interfaces on PI Server and configure it to collect real-time data from SCADA/DCS devices. Achieved data extraction from SCADA systems with 99% accuracy. Achieved data transfer to PI Servers with 100% accuracy.
