At the System and Technologies for Textile Structures (STEX) department of Fraunhofer Institute for Tool Machines and Forming Technologies (IWU), I worked on designing of fibre reinforced composite automobile parts. Main responsibilities were: 1. Modelling and simulation with Finite Element Method (FEM with ANSYS) of fibre reinforced composite parts 2. Computer Aided Design (CAD with CATIA V5) 3. Characterisation of fibre reinforced composites 4. Programming with MATLAB

1. Supervise Production Activities at Push-Pull Pickling Line 2. Observe, Suggest and Look-after daily maintenance and Preventive Maintenance. 3. Trouble-shoot operation related issues and get them rectified by respective department. 4. Optimize opertion parameters to acquire optimum product quality. 5. Maintain and analyze Production records and Operation parameters. 6. Report and record daily production. 7. Use SAP PP module for PPPL Production.
