Responsible for a team of 5 and the company kick off in all the aspects of the business; payments, invoicing, collections, reports, accounting, coordinate taxes, budgets, cash flows, treasury, bank reconciliations, coordination of importation, IT coordination, training and Oracle implementation, etc.

Responsible for a team of 12. My assignments included working in Mexico, United States, 18 months in Switzerland, Italy and Brazil. As a manager in charge come to have 15 clients at the same time with more than 18 thousand hours in a single budget year. My projects included review of NIF, USGAAP and IFRS so the training in these three accounting standards was always constant both in Mexico and abroad to meet the demands of the project.
