• Developing a Small Satellite Attitude Control Simulator (single axis module mounted on spherical air bearing) to test control algorithms for future pico-satellites • Implementing software controlled movable mass assemblies based on linear actuators accompanied with adjustment algorithm to balance the system (especially during solar panel deployment stages) • Manufacture the structural components with Glass fibre composites (GRP/GFK) and 3D print the structures

• Successfully designed and integrated a head for DLR’s Humanoid Robot TORO • Analysed the vision subsystem integration to provide the max viewing angle during robot neck movement • Conducted FEM/FEA on the frame and the outer structure (using Pro-Mechanica) of the Robot’s Head

• Coordinated Taper Roller Bearings (TRB) project activities in SKF Technical Centre, India and worked in close cooperation with SKF development clusters in Europe (Germany and Sweden) • Collaborated with multi-disciplinary teams, supported over mechanical system design evaluation and suggested optimal design alternatives using CAD and FEA tools • Developed customized bearing solutions (especially TRB) to meet the customer application requirements

• Supported product development activities through conceptual, preliminary, and final designs of Electromechanical system and components (Encore fuel dispensers, DEF dispensers) • Designed sheet metal components, Die Casting components and Plastics (Injection moulded) • Performed Engineering Design and creation of CAD models, drawings and Bills of Material (BOMs) for components and assemblies creation using Pro/Engineer, stress analysis on structures and sheet metal enclosures using Pro/Mechanica
