• Support in the planning and implementation of internal processes for new and series developments in the field of drive engineering (eg. safety and automotive SPiCE) • Creation of template documents for the quality assurance process like QA plan, QA report, Product reviews process, FMEA review, PPAP, Handlings review, Escalation and 8D reports. • Support in the problem-solving process with the use of Integrity tool • Collaboration in projects to improve the development quality.

• Managing, coordinating and supporting production planning and maintenance of machines • Quality control for incoming and outgoing goods • Technical support and training of the team • Achieve organizational goals, e.g. reduce material flow and maximizing output • Answering customer questions, coordination and purchase of deliveries

Gained knowledge and learned about various processes involved in the designing, testing and fabrication of plates and angle sections used in towers for power transmission.

Acquired knowledge about various machines and processes involved in extracting oil from the land and gained hands-on experience in the operation and maintenance of pumps and other components in the mechanical workshop.
