I worked on enhancing the conversation experience for group communication. The objective was to focus on user engagement and provide unique experiences while exploring new avenues. As part of the MS Office & Skype Lite team I was involved in the daily scrums, design reviews, feedback and brainstorming sessions, as well as user research and interviews in order to streamline the workflow, maintain visual consistency, and generate insights, ideas, and quick mock-ups.
Worked on IT Risk Mitigation, Security Controls and Application Integrity in ERP systems, majorly on SAP platform for offshore clients. Projects done on all the three domains of cyber security related ERP solutions - Audit, Compliance and Integration & Implementation.
