- To ensure the proper implementation of the cost control process in the projects located in Qatar - Close coordination with the project managers and the accounting department in Qatar and with the central accounting department in Lebanon, Beirut - To attend periodic meetings with the company`s executives to discuss the variances between the actual costs and the budgeted ones and the required measures for the sustainable improvements in the cost performance of the company

To lead a team of engineers to do the following: - To prepare the monthly payment applications, the variation orders and the claims - To do the planning and the production of the progress reports - To do the estimation and the price offerings for new projects - To produce the periodic cost control reports and to monitor the cost variances - To do the quantity surveying and the conclusion of the project final account - To review and coordinate the design process

To ensure the timely delivery of the projects in accordance with the projects’ specifications, the high safety standards, and the quality requirements
