Manages network operations to include: troubleshooting connectivity problems; installing & maintaining routers; adding/terminating users; assigning rights and access; resetting passwords; establishing e-mail addresses; assessing and reporting operational status; As needed and appropriate but no less than annually, provides written technology policy guidance to managers, supervisors, staff and consumers/participants

Oversees the administration of the company's LAN/WAN Assists in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting regional infrastructure • Strong follow-ups with vendors, users and IT top management •Works with project teams to help implement Internal Systems • Oversees all help desk activities at the regional level. • Interacts with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner.

Receive and record technical and/or application support calls from end users. • Provide investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery for hardware/software problems. When unable to resolve, escalate to second or third level in accordance with Help Desk escalation processes. • Maintain overall ownership of user’s issue & service ensuring that they receive resolution within a reasonable timeframe. • Provide initial assessment of urgency and business impact on all support calls.
