Balram Thachappully

Hi everyone! I am Balram, 23 years old and currently living at Lake Constance. I work as a software engineer in Angular, .NET and Azure IoT, which I really enjoy because the projects for customers in the industrial environment are very varied and challenging. After graduating from high school, I started a dual study program in business informatics. The theory semesters enabled me to acquire knowledge about management and IT concepts. The special thing about the practical phases was that I had the opportunity to gain practical experience in technologies, both in the front-end and back-end worlds, by being involved in customer projects. In addition, as part of my bachelor's thesis: "Introduction of process management in a small software development company", I was able to implement process and lean management in real-world scenarios in order to make software development more efficient and profitable. I am a creative person who wants to continuously improve and master new challenges.
