Responsible for leading a team of quality assurance engineers, automating tests, reporting on their results, maintaining overview across QA efforts in software development teams, leading test sessions with external partners.

I am responsible for: * creating test plans for projects, * creating and executing manual and automatic test cases, * verifying conformance of software with requirements, * maintaining of test management software, * maintaining of issue tracking software. Additionally: - provide customer support in several projects. - improve processes (ITIL compliance management) My project experience involves activities ranging from test management down, through test execution, down to end-user support.
