Manage the full supply chain between the factory and the customers: forecast, order processing, KPI, customer management

I'm managing a team of 5 inbound planners in charge of a portfolio of 3000 products from more than 500 suppliers around the world (mostly Europe based). The main targets are products availability & inventory value. In 2016, I managed a production in-sourcing project. In 2015, part of the integration project of 4 of our warehouses in 4 different countries into our central distribution center. In 2014, we achieved a -25% stock value (target was -20%).

Finance Project Analyst, I was part of the new Controlling software integration project. Responsibilities: Key-user, definition of the concepts/business requirements (P&L, Budget, ect), test of the implemented solution/feedback to the IS Team, end users training

Supply Chain Analyst in the planning department. Key projects: design & integration of a logistics network optimization tool, definition of the whole logistics network for the Budget/Estimated, actual 2012 and PreBudget 2013, implementation of a corporate KPI scorecard, 50% Supply Chain KPI calculation time reduction project

I got the opportunity to grow within the company and move to this position. Key projects: reengineering of the components supply processes in 2 out of 5 factories of the group and the subcontractor’s factory: from monthly to weekly planning, SAP implementation: project finalization/feedback to IS, SAP 1st level support for supply planners and subcontracting production planner + Sku MM masterdata manager (new Sku, end of life, …), Integration of a shared logistics parameters database with 60 suppliers

First full time work experience. My main goals were: Analyze in detail the inventory structure, Find opportunities of stock reduction, Map the whole inventory per categories, Measure and report the inventory evolution
