Global responsibility for the OE code structural setup and the correct implementation in all respective systems and tools.

Global COO for IT Corporate Systems at Credit Suisse with global responsibility for developing capabilities for the Corporate Systems organization in the areas of project portfolio, financial planning, controlling & reporting, scorecard metrics as well as for the corresponding governance, policies and procedures, in alignment with the overall structure for the IT COO function. The mandate of the COO function is to establish consistency across divisional and regional levels of the CIO division.
