- Supporting and managing HR processes for European markets including Germany, Austria, Switzerland (GAS), Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Hungary - Advising on HR inquiries and policies of European markets in English, German and Hungarian languages - Daily communication and first point contact with business process stakeholders - Issuing contracts, certificates - Case management, reporting and task processing on ITSM and EMC platforms (ServiceNow, Workday) Work language: English

- Sourcing and contacting potential candidates through various databases (LinkedIn Recruiter, Profession), pre-screening through telephone - Supporting the recruitment processes of HR, IT and Finance sections, creating and updating tracking spreadsheets using Excel and other Office programs - Participating in career fair events and other recruitment initiatives, conducting administrative tasks Working language: English Full time internship (40 hours/week)

- Supporting the HR and Payroll department with various processes - Filing paperwork, sorting and delivering mail, maintaining office and personnel documents - Creating stationary assets and establishing administrative folder systems - Creating spreadsheets and tracking information using MS Excel, conducting administrative tasks - Working with team to coordinate company events
