Responsible for issuance of all documents regarding Piping Specification, Valve Specification and Pipe Support Specification. Issuance of Piping Material Take-Off. Overall Piping and Equipment Layout and General Arrangement Drawing. Study of Material Handling Equipment. Issuance of Piping Isometrics and Technical Bid Evaluation. Check the Standard and Special Piping Support. Preparation of 3D model for 30%, 60% and 90% model review.

Responsible for piping design/layout and equipment layout under CHS area using PDS software. Clash check and review for resolution for all clashes using Smart Plant Review. Review and check the Preliminary Vendor drawings, Mechanical and Process Data Sheet. Coordinate, assist, monitor and report the progress to Lead Piping Engineer.

Responsible for piping design/layout of water lines systems. Design for all Process Lines. Any issue on the P&ID and layout which involved the Process Group need to discuss before doing some mark-up and implementing it in the 3D model. Check and model the equipment using the information on Vendor Drawing. Provide initial Pipe Support for all lines using Multi-Discipline Support (MDS). Provide Piping Isometrics using PDMS Isodraft for the Stress Analysis and Material Take-Off.

Responsible for 3D modeling of Equipment and Piping using PDMS. Prepare Pipe support design based on standard and flexibility calculation analysis. PDMS Drafting for Piping Arrangement Drawing, PDMS Isodraft of Pipes for fabrication drawing. Coordinate, assist, monitor and report area progress to Area Lead.

Localization of parts for Innova car and making it Substance of Content (SoC) free. Coordination with the local supplier.

Computation, Estimation and Proposed the number of Air-conditioning units to be installed in the building.
