This project tries to make RiskStorming, a workshop on quality and risks, virtual and successful.   Leading Teams Forward I support a team of remote workers to improve the workings of a big software monolith by replacing blocks of functionality using strangler patterns. Together, we're taking apart a huge problematic piece of software and split it up in workable, small atoms. Next to that, we're also spear-pointing the virtualisation efforts, first rolling out Windows Docker containers as Test Environments and eventually in Production.
